 The switch to SBB is not only a strategic move for betterment but also a financial one, as they offer a slightly lower monthly management fee. One reason is that the SBB contract comes with one site visit inspection per month.

 Here’s even better news: Our HOA assessment dues remain unchanged for 2024! (And our intent is to budget for the same again for 2025).
